An ad guy on billboard making ads, so meta.
Fiverr, the world's largest online marketplace for freelancers, launched ‘Bill’s Billboards’, an initiative to help boost the local community by creating free ads and running them across $250,000 worth of billboard space.
The ads in question were made by an award-winning Fiverr freelancer, who set himself up on a desk attached to a live digital billboard four metres above the ground and created the ads in real time.

The world’s largest network of on-demand online freelancers, were set to arrive in Australia and wanted
local talent to join. But with everyone stuck home with
housemates, partners and screaming children, all competing for space, freelancers needed something more
than an easy way to find gigs. They needed some space of
their own.
And the Freelance Escape Pod was that place. A portable, mini office that could be dropped into the backyard of
any freelancer who signed up for Fiverr.
We created a social campaign that asked people to show their current ‘Working From Hell’ setup.
After thousands of entries a voiceover artist from Caulfield, Victoria won the Escape Pod.
