Supermelbourne
An aboveground underground experience

Melbourne hurt more than most cities during the pandemic with a world record 262 days of hard lockdown. The city suffered, shops closed, businesses folded and hearts broke. But we stayed pretty healthy and lived to fight another day.

Cut to (hopefully) the tail-end of the pando, and Australia’s most innovative council, The City of Melbourne, needed to find a new way to draw folks back into town after all the turmoil. They wanted us to find a way to remind people of how great this place is. How creative it is. How alive it is. And how much incredible stuff you can find only in the city.
Enter Supermelbourne. A five day aboveground underground gathering that brought together the city’s best and most cutting edge artists, chefs, mixologists, and musicians that kicked off the CoM’s new advertising platform with an enormous explosion of energy and positivity.

By All Means was born for a project like this, and it exceeded expectations on visitation, engagement, earned media and incredible vibes.

Forza Melbs.
